  I was a little intimidated to try CrossFit for the first time, but I one of the owners / coaches attend my church and talked me into trying I. Everyone was really friendly when I walked in and the coaches are kind of like personal trainers! It's fun to have a completely different workout every day and the other members are so supportive and helpful. I have been a member here for almost three years and I am now certified as an L-1 trainer too! If you're going to test the kool-aid, you should really try Vehicle City CroesFit.
