  Slum lords. They may work with you at first to get that money, but that's where it ends. No care for the properties they rent, or the tenants living there. Have been in their office hearing them talk so low of the people they rent to, office women are catty and think they are better then everyone. The house next door literally burned down, they didn't check on us or even care that we could have died and didn't care about the damage done to the house we rented. The repairs they do, if they feel fit to acknowledge, are ducktape and below sub par. Crooks.
