  Fraud protection is overactive and not staffed 24 hours a day. Spend $25 at Meijer gas station in the next county? No. It's fraud. Buy 100-200 dollars from WalMart online Black Friday? No. Fraud. And so on...
  I've never flagged the account, never overdrawn. Each time, it freezes all my spending, and I end up stuck, after 5 p.m. or on the weekend. I don't just use my money 9-5 M thru F. I now carry extra cash or cards because of their "fraud detection" and am looking elsewhere to bank! If they get with the times and would text or call before cashblocking me, I'd stay, even with their crazy overactive department.
