  Okay first of all the nurses need to have a better bed side manner second of all you guys should inform your E.R nurses on 1st shift that just saying hi my name is blah blah blah and NOT asking the patient in the hospital if they are okay is not checking on them and tell them 2 hours for not checking on a patient or informing whats going on with the patient to ever whom with them is ridiculous. Also them having an attitude with someone with no sleep is a bad idea.
