  From the moment I walked in with my husband we were disgusted by the condition this office is kept. And for the amount the doctor charges he should reflect that in his office. Charged us a $40 copay when our copay should've been $30. Also billed our insurance for days he didn't see my husband.
  Supplies are everywhere instead of in cupboards or a supply room. I tripped over sidewalk salt coming out of the bathroom... in June? We will not go back to this office.

  The office is dirty and disgusting, and Smelled like cat urine. Didn't stay long enough to meet the Dr. Appearance is everything.
