    By far the worst experience with a company i have ever had. First off the lady answering the phone there is as RUDE as they get. I purchased a dryer at ABC warehouse and paid for the hassle free warranty. I called to get a repair as my dryer stopped working and it took them 5 days to come out. I figured they would be fixing the issue when they came out but they had to go back and submit the repair to ABC for my warranty which they did not do for an additional 5 days. ABC took a few days to approve the repair and additional 5 days for Saginaw VR to order the parts. Once they got the parts which took 4 days it took an additional 6 days to get back on the schedule . IT TOOK OVER A MONTH to fix my dryer. After researching the parts needed i found they are the most common parts for my dryer and almost every other dryer out there . Why wouldn't they have these parts in stock ? WHAT A HORRIBLE COMPANY!!
