  Unprofessional, and rude. I scheduled a viewing for a house, they were late and when I called to make sure everything was still set the lady April who answered the phone was very rude. I thought if a viewing is at 12, the person who's suppose to be showing you the house would be there early as well. I was wrong. Never again.
