  Sat in the waiting room for an hour just for a meet and greet on my first appt. Another person walked in 45 minutes after me and got right in. Reception staff never said anything or apologized about a wait time. Even when I went to the counter to cancel my appt, they wouldnt open the window because they were "closed".
